Overview
This particular project was for the main site of the Uniting Church, the National Assembly. This site is to act as the main portal to all of the sub sites of the uniting church. The site pulls in news feeds from the various subsites as well as publishing all of the national news for the Uniting Church.
Solution
The project was a fairly simple straight forward implementation. Taking an original design provided by the Uniting Church, a Joomla template was created and implemented on to the site. Accessibility issues were looked at and custom CSS files developed for different browsers to ensure correct rendering of the site for all users. Along with the site was the integration of Google Custom Search for the ability to search the entire site as well as the sub sites that reside under the uca.org.au domain.
